Door gebruik te maken van #lovegazelle geef je ons toestemming om:

• Jouw foto('s) met #lovegazelle te delen op onze social media kanalen
• De afbeelding(en) te gebruiken op onze websites: Gazelle.nl, Gazelle.de & Gazellebikes.com
• De door jou gemaakte foto('s) te gebruiken in promotiemateriaal en nieuwsbrief
• Jouw afbeelding(en) te gebruiken totdat jij ervoor kiest je toestemming weer in te trekken.

• Gratis publiciteit op onze social media kanalen en op de hierboven genoemde websites
• Een naamsvermelding (Gazelle zal nooit ownership claimen voor jouw foto)
• Te allen tijde de mogelijkheid om jouw toestemming weer in te trekken

Door akkoord te gaan met deze voorwaarden, verklaar je dat de afbeelding jouw eigendom is.

Waar mogelijk vermelden we altijd de naam van de fotograaf. Is dat bij jouw afbeelding niet gebeurd? Laat het ons dan weten door te mailen naar [email protected]. Vertel ons op welke (web)pagina je jouw afbeelding tegenkwam en wat de naam van de fotograaf is, dan publiceren we de naamsvermelding binnen 30 dagen.

Natuurlijk is het mogelijk om je toestemming in te trekken. Mail je verzoek tot het verwijderen van afbeeldingen naar [email protected] en deel een directe link naar de afbeelding. We zorgen ervoor dat de afbeelding zo snel mogelijk, maar uiterlijk binnen 30 dagen wordt verwijderd van onze digitale kanalen. Mochten we jouw foto gebruiken in ons magazine of de nieuwsbrief? Dan kunnen de afbeelding helaas niet meer verwijderen.

We love that you like Gazelle bikes so much and that is why we want to share that beautiful photo on our social media channels and websites.

By using #lovegazelle you give us permission to:

• Share your picture(s) with #lovegazelle on our social media channels
• Use the picture(s) on our websites: Gazelle.nl, Gazelle.de and Gazellebikes.com
• Use your picture(s) for promotion and in our newsletter
• Use your picture(s) until you choose to withdraw your permission

• Free publicity on our social media channels and the above mentions websites
• Gazelle will always publish your name with your picture(s) and will never take credits for the picture(s)
• The possibility to withdraw your consent at any time

By agreeing to these terms & conditions, you declare that the image is yours. 

If possible we will always mentions the name of the photographer. Didn't we do that with your picture(s)? Please send us an e-mail ([email protected]), tell us which (web)page you saw your image and what the name of the photographer is. We will publish the name within 30 days. 

Of course it is possible to withdraw your permission. Mail your request to delete images to [email protected] and share a direct link to the image. We ensure that the image is removed from our digital channels as quickly as possible, but no later than within 30 days. Did we use your photo in our magazine or newsletter? Unfortunately, the image can no longer be deleted.
